01 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to ba99. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and ba99 ("ba99", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your use of the ba99 platform, website, mobile application, and all associated services available at ba99.live.

By accessing ba99, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on ba99, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering your ba99 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times.
• Keep your registration details up to date. If your contact information, payment details, or personal information changes, you must update your ba99 account promptly.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

ba99 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions on ba99 are processed in BDT with no currency conversion fees applied by ba99.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your ba99 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• ba99 sets minimum and maximum deposit limits which are displayed at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. ba99 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• ba99 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for any deposit.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• ba99 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the payment section of the platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any verification requirements.
• ba99 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure and applies to all players.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if there is an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements attached to your account balance.
• ba99 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

ba99 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses on ba99 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion details before you claim it.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your ba99 account at any given time. You cannot stack multiple bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly permits this.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on ba99 use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are completely random and are not influenced by previous results, bet size, account history, or any other factor. The RTP figures published for each game on ba99 are independently verified and accurate.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game session on ba99, the following rules apply:

• If a game round is interrupted before a result is determined, the bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to your ba99 account balance.
• If a game round has been completed and a result determined before the interruption, the result stands and will be credited or debited accordingly once the session is restored.
• ba99 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

ba99 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of a software error, data corruption, or any other technical issue that has materially affected the fairness of the outcome.

07 Responsible Gaming

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ba99 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game on ba99, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies in live games.

• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one ba99 account for any reason, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses or to circumvent a previous account suspension.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for any deposit made to ba99 without first contacting ba99 support to resolve the issue.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting any software bug, pricing error, or system vulnerability on ba99 for financial gain.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on ba99 — including but not limited to the ba99 logo, brand name, website design, game graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ba99 or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any ba99 content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from ba99.

Your use of ba99 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the ba99 platform or its content.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ba99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ba99 or any of its services. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

ba99's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ba99 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ba99 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. While ba99 targets 99.9% uptime, scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond ba99's control may occasionally affect platform availability. ba99 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime.

11 Account Termination

You may close your ba99 account at any time by contacting ba99 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deducting any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.

ba99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• ba99 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct associated with your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• ba99 is required to do so by law, regulation, or instruction from a relevant authority.
• Continuing to operate your account would expose ba99 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where ba99 closes your account due to a breach of these Terms, ba99 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full.

12 Changes to These Terms

ba99 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For significant changes, ba99 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of ba99 after any changes to these Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using ba99 and may request account closure by contacting support.
